Through his Champagne Les Clos, Adrien Begere wanted to showcase its terroir of Fèrebrianges . Consisting of 100% Pinot Meunier of vines that are 50 years old, Les Clos is a bold champagne. Only 4 g/l of residual sugar, its fine bubbles will astosnish you with its citrus , green apple aroma, minerality and complexity. If you are a champagne amateur and want to try something different this champagne is for you.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Meunier. Average of 50 years old vines
Terroir: Sandy clay soil in Ferebrianges village.
Winemaking: Fermentation and aging on lees. Partially barrell aged. No Filtration
