Origin: selected vineyard sites in Caldaro and Cortaccia. Altitude: 300 to 400 metres a.s.l. (980 – 1,300 feet) gravelly and with an important content of limestone
Vinification: Fermentation: maceration in stainless steel tanks Maturation: malolactic fermentation, concrete vessels (approximately 6 months)
