ON THE PALATE: the water has a soft feminine approach with a silken, slippery texture and a gentle crisp appeal. Very light in body with a subtle, yet noticeable Greywacke mineral lift. The finish is refreshing, and like diving into a high altitude mountain lake, awakens the body, mind and palate.
