Production
Carefully assembled by our winemaker, this wine is made from grapes grown on a terroir of clay and pebbles. The grapes are hand-picked before being carefully destemmed and vinified using traditional ‘minimal intervention’ techniques. This wine is made without the use of oak to retain the pure fresh fruit character.
Tasting notes
Attractive and juicy Côtes du Rhône with bramble and blackcurrant fruit notes and delicate floral hints. The palate is up-front, voluptuously fresh with warm spice and structure.
Food match
An easy drinking red wine that is fantastic both with and without food.
