A classic Prosecco style with a core of pomaceous fruit flavours, just dry on the palate with a backbone of acidity and plush softer mousse frame. Flavours of apple and pears, a touch of sweet lemon and very fine lees layer. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from 2024 through 2028+.
