For over 40 years Bollinger has been the Official Champagne of 007 and this partnership continues into the release of the latest James Bond film. This limited edition bottle brings together two great icons – The signature special cuvée from Champagne Bollinger and the legendary British secret agent, James Bond. Bollinger Special Cuvée is perfect shared among friends, and a catalyst to create meaningful and memorable moments. It is the champagne to give and share with the people we love. To best enjoy Special Cuvée, it is recommended to be served chilled at between 8 and 10°C. Golden in colour with very fine bubbles. It has a beautiful aromatic complexity, full of ripe fruit and spicy aromas, with hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate you have a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with pear, brioche and spicy aromas and hints of fresh walnut. Bollinger Special Cuvée pairs great with fish, shrimp, prawn, white meat, parmesan and good cured ham. Or you can always enjoy on its own!
