Bombay Sapphire is a grain-spirit based London Gin made from a recipe dating back to 1761, and a worldwide marker of sophistication and fine taste. Bombay Sapphire has become a major hit with gin connoisseurs for its spicy attributes and pronounced juniper palate. The unique and multifaceted flavour of Bombay Sapphire Gin is a result of combining ten natural and exotic botanicals in the distillation process. These include almond, lemon peel, liquorice, juniper berries, orris root, angelica, coriander, cassia, cubeb and grains of paradise. While we may not exactly be sure of what all these actually are; we are sure that what results is a magnificently flavoursome and reputable dry gin.
