Tasting Notes
Whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented in barrel, with malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees, this Chardonnay delivers a rounded, textural palate with generous flavour, excellent balance and a refined, lingering finish.
Food Pairing
An excellent companion to seafood, tandoori fish, creamy curries, roasted chicken and aromatic spices. Particularly well suited to Cassia-inspired dishes featuring coconut, curry leaves, ginger and gently warming spices.
