A note on dosages
Whilst we have “general guidelines” and recommendations, it is important to remember that everyone is different.
The right dosage to be taking, is the dosage that your body can tolerate.
It’s better to be on a small dosage and be absorbing and digesting the tonics well, rather than pushing yourself to be on a dosage you “should” be on because that is what the bottles says or that is the dosage your friend is on.
Most people can increase until they reach a half or full dose, but for some they may find they need to always be taking just a small amount if they have a very sensitive system. Full dosage – is for people with gut health issues or skin concerns that are wanting to heal. Half dosage – is for those wanting to generally incorporate fermented foods into their life for overall health and immunity.
