Having spent 12 years with Seresin Estate he is well versed in what makes these wines tick. So when it came to setting up his own winery, he knew exactly what to do. This vibrant Pinot Noir is full of life, playful but with enough depth to match to with some serious dishes.

Intense red and black cherries, red liquorice straps, spice and cedar all underpinned by an earthy complexity.
