Description
Winemaking: Manual harvest, whole bunch pressurage. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in 228L barrels, 35% new french oak. Aged for 10 months in barrels before another 6 months in stainless steel tanks for blending.
Grapes: Chardonnay
Terroir: 0.53 hectares. Thin red clay on deep limestone soil.
Grape Growing: Planted in 1955. Sustainable agriculture, soil are ploughed.
