Description

Chianti Classico Le Fonti makes the most of the Sangiovese grapes. With a very classic style, it is fresh and fruity with good acidity and a hint of spice. A touch of modern style comes from the small addition of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (7-10% total). The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels (400 and 500 liters) and another 6 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

Chianti Classico with its beautiful freshness and fruity flavor is an excellent accompaniment to any meal.
