Description

Gorgeous chardonnay from the south of France, with aromas of citrus and stone fruit. The palate is pleasant round and clean, with a hint of minerality.

Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Terroir: Limestone terrace and gravel with pebbled soil.

Winemaking: Chardonnay grapes are macerated on the skins to extract aroma and flavor, and add body. Fermentation takes places in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Racking is then carried out with the fine lees to add texture and weight to the wine.
