DESCRIPTION
Organic Pinot Noir grown on the terraces of the Ruamahanga River in Martinborough.
All abel clone, hand picked, lightly whole bunched pressed, wild ferment in an old puncheon barrel, 6 months on lees. Racked to bottle unfined and unfiltered.
Figs, baked apples, stonefruits and honeysuckle on the nose, followed by crispy acidity and fresh salinity. This wine has a dance about it while maintaining depth and minerality. It is balanced, energised and delicious.
ABV- 12% alcohol- it is light, dry and full of love.
