Hebe is the Greek Goddess of youth, daughter of Hera and Zeus, her powers are among the most mighty in mythology... the power to make a person feel youthful.

Official cupbearer to the Gods until she tripped on her toga and became topless. Apollo fired her.

Hebe "White" is a naturally made organic wine. Made using handpicked Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris grapes it encompasses the terroir of the Southern Valley Vineyard and natural winemaking.... nothing added and nothing taken away. These wines are unfiltered and un-fined. All yeast and bacteria come from the grape and the fining comes from its time on its own discarded yeast cells in barrel.
