DESCRIPTION

Jin Jiji is a celebration of the rich and diverse botanicals that can be found throughout India. Built around a heart of wild foraged Juniper from the Himalayas, this “India Dry Jin” also features juniper from Macedonia, the fragrant leaf tulsi, coriander seed, black tea, angelica root, orris root, chamomile, and cashew nut—the final ingredient lending a distinctly silky mouthfeel to a gin that is singular yet versatile enough for a wide variety of cocktails. Jin Jiji is distilled from 100% wheat-based neutral grain spirit from West Bengal on a copper pot still in Goa, India, by Nao Spirits. Bursting with notes of lemon shortbread, elderflower, and tannic black tea from nose to finish and a silky texture, this Indian Dry Gin has plenty of citrusy juniper and coriander to shine in any cocktail application.
