Description
It is upon visiting the road D18 between Calce and le Col de la Dona when we realise why it is worthy of a cuvée. Especially this one, which is uniquely based on a selection of the most beautiful aspects of Grenache Blancs and Gris.
Grapes: Grenache gris and Grenache blanc
Terroir: Situated at about 300 metres altitude, the vines are positioned on an extremely rich schist terroir.
Grape Growing: Organic and biodynamic grape growing with one simple rule: making wine the most natural possible and in the respect of the environment.
Winemaking: Hand-picked. Aged in wooden foudre 18 months.
