Description

Les Hauts is a balance. Made from the collective and cooperative experience of the 150 grape growing residents of the town Embres-et-Castelmaure just north of the Spanish border. The grapes for Les Hauts de Castelmaure are hand harvested and then vinified using state of the art equipment, with three separate fermentations taking place for each variety. The wines are then aged in old oak barrels for 10-12 months and bottled. This is a jewel of the Corbières region, full bodied and juicy with an herby freshness.
