“It’s a premium, single vineyard wine, in a fancy squat bottle. I guess it’s giving the consumers of the sweetish Little Giant Shiraz a chance to upgrade. Bold, dark, sweetly fruited, sage and spice. It’s light on tannin, big on spicy dark fruit and chocolate sauce, with maybe a few nuts tossed in. The finish is solid, a little lick of tannin… and has a sort of vintage port perfume about it, which is interesting”

Food Pairing: Pair with a classic roast beef and horseradish.
