Our Maude Brut NV is created with the classic grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Hand harvested from our Central Otago vineyards, the base wine spans 9 years and blends together a remarkable 5 vintages. Beautifully rose gold in colour - aging on lees in bottle for at least 36 months delivers a wine rich in complexity where warm brioche flavours are layered with hints of apple blossom and citrus.
