She’s elegant, stylish, refined... so it’s only fitting we dedicate this sophisticated aperitif to our favourite mayor. Crafted from the wild citrus fruit that thrive on the shores of pristine Lake Garda, this Acqua di Cedro is limoncello when it dreams – sweet but not cloying, warm yet refreshing… it’s as if Italian sunshine has been squeezed into a bottle. CEDRO SPRITZ
Fill a glass to the top with ice. Pour 40 ml of Acqua di Cedro, add 60 ml of Prosecco. Complete the recipe with a splash of Seltz or Soda Water. Stir gently and decorate with mint leaves before serving.CEDRO & TONIC
Add 50 ml Acqua di Cedro to a glass filled with ice. Add 150ml of Tonic water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
SGROPPINO
Sgroppino is a drink that originated in Venice and its purpose is to clean your palate in between meals or after your meal. Sgroppino literally means "to untie" as in, to "untie your stomach" after eating. It's a also a great dessert option, can't wait for you to give it a go!
Pour 3 scoops of lemon sorbet, 40ml of Acqua di Cedro and 90ml of Prosecco into a shaker, Nutribullet or whatever mixer you have at home. Mix until smooth and pour into the glass.
