Ocho Blanco Tequila

Description

Ocho is the first tequila to designate both the year it was produced and the precise field from which the family grew agaves were sourced.  Each batch comes from a different field or rancho contributing distinctive characteristics of that place.  Since the agaves take about 8 years to grow, that field will not yield another vintage for at least 8 years, making each vintage uniquely collectable. Ocho is made carefully in small quantities the artisanal way of times past.

100% agave silver Tequila from the Camarena family (El Tesoro, Tapatio) in conjunction with Tomas Estes (Cafe Pacifico, La Perla). A luscious, full-textured white Tequila, with beautiful 100% agave flavour integrity – this is one to watch.
