Description
‘Mule Blanche’ or ‘White Mule’ pays tribute to the time when the vineyard was worked with mules.
The Mule Blanche takes its name from its unusual grape harvest. Harvests were done on mules, not on horseback. They are much more resistant animals than their horse cousins, but also much more temperamental! The opposite of this wine, which is supple and full-bodied! A freshness that can’t be beaten, perfect harmony!
