Poderi dal Nespoli's Romagna DOC Sangiovese Biologico is a vibrant red wine made from Sangiovese grapes grown organically. The vineyards are located in the Bidente Valley, on medium-textured soils, and take full advantage of the favorable climate to ensure high-quality grapes. After manual harvesting in late September, the grapes are vinified and aged in stainless steel, preserving the fruity, fresh characteristics of Sangiovese.
In the glass, the wine displays a bright red color with purple highlights. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of red fruit, with notes of cherry and violet that reverberate on the palate. Fresh and medium-bodied, with delicate tannins, it is a versatile wine, suitable for all occasions. Perfect paired with pasta with ragù, roast white meats, and semi-mature cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
