Description
Area: Emilia Romagna
Vinification: the wine is obtained by an accurate red winemaking: long maceration of the skins and fermentation of about two weeks at controlled temperature at about 25°C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks till bottling.
Ageing: stainless steel tank.
Appearance: medium intense ruby red.
Nose: scents of owers and red fruits.
Palate: dry, warm and properly tannic.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Food matching: this is the classic wine for all occasions.
Serve: Serve in typical “Burgundy” goblets at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Tasting Notes: It has a deep ruby color, and you can feel the harmonious aromas of fruit and violet flowers, such as cherry red, and oreno and sweet balsamic notes.
