Organic Barolo San Silvestro is enthusiasm, uncompromising quality, respect for nature and the desire to put yourself to the test. These are the facts that led to the creation of the Cantina San Silvestro line of organic wines. This organic Barolo is the result of both careful work in the vineyard, deriving from the use of biological systems and methods, and of cellar operations linked to the canons of tradition. An important, elegant and enveloping wine, which at the same time represents that balance between man and nature.

SENSORY NOTES
A dense ruby red announcing intense aromas of cherry and rose hips, sweetened by gentle spices ranging from sweet to balsamic. Great roundness on the palate, viscous and elegant taste.
