Description
Winemaking Notes: Red Shed Vineyard/ Domain Road Vineyard. Soil: Alluvial sandy loam/ Clay loam. Viticulture: No pesticides, herbicides, systemic fungicides or inorganic fertilisers used. Harvest: Hand picked. 23 March & 11 April 2022. Vinification: Natural east fermentation. 26 – 29 days on skins. No additives except for < 20 mg/L sulphites added before bottling. Maturation: 11 months in French oak barrels. No new oak. Bottled: 13 April 2023 without fining or filtration. 3262 bottles produced.
