70% Pinot Noir
25% Sauvignon Blanc
5% Cabernet Sauvignon
-Open top fermentor then matured in French barrels
-All organically grown by ourselves in Nth Canterbury
Tasting Note:
Foamy with cherry cola and berry tea; chocolatey textures and blood orange to keep things fresh.
It can be consumed cold and fizzy as the deep red Petnat it is.

It also evolves very well as it warms up in the glass and becomes a still and complex Pinot blend
