A unique mix of Mediterranean olive varietals planted on volcanic terraces formed by the 1886 Mt Tarawera eruptions together create a premium, aromatic oil with a perfect balance of poise and complexity. Individually selected olives gently hand pressed to create a holy trinity of artichoke, almond and spring-flower notes make a heavenly bread dipping oil that also lends sublime flavour to sauces, pasta, seafood, and rustic salads.
Made in very limited quantities, available in a beautiful 500ml bottle, imported from Italy.
