Production
Our winemakers strive for consistency, style and quality throughout the year. This is acheived through careful blending of multiple parcels of wine from across southern France. The blend of grapes includes Grenache, Marsanne, Roussanne, Vermentino and Viognier, assembled to capture the freshness and brightness of southern France. No oak is used, and the wine is bottled young to let the fruit flavours shine.
Tasting notes
Ripe apple nose streaked with fresh, zingy citrus characters. Pleasing fullness and weight on the palate, rounded off with a zesty note in the finish.
Food match
Try with a bowl of shellfish, and pretend you’re sitting by the sea in the South of France – unless you actually are by the sea in the South of France – in which case, enjoy you lucky thing!
