Vineyards: Sourced from established vineyards of the rich soils of the border of Victoria and South Australia. The vines are mostly dry-grown and utilise expert canopy management to help to control ripening and vigour.
Tasting Note: A bright, light and effervescent version of Prosecco made with zero alcohol meaning you get all the fizz without the fuzz. This is crisp with citrus flavours and finishes with cleansing acidity. Perfectas an aperitif or paired with an antipasto plate.
