Unico Zelo's first pure Rose release, and it is a belter - a super-dry cross-regional blend featuring Sangiovese, Grenache and hint of skin contact Pinot Gris.
Flavoursome and succulent, with a touch of colour, this is a crunchy dry style with lots of floral aromatics, some strawberry/ raspberry fruit and a vivid acid-driven finish.
