Description
Rio is a tale of two equally charismatic parties that sit alongside one another in a cohesive blend of pinot gris that pulls all the right strings.
Winemaking: Skin-fermented pinot gris composed of ⅔ de-stemmed fruit with ⅓ pressed over top and fermented on skins for 7 days.
Tasting Notes: A more serious orange wine in comparison to ‘Life’s a Beach’. Notes of stone fruit, white peach, orange rind and sage. This wine has a round mouthfeel with soft tannins and a lovely acidity giving it great length.
