The grapes are gathered after the vintage and allowed to ripen for two weeks in the warm Andalusian sun of Jerez de la Frontera. Only the finest grapes are used. Produced and bottled in Spain since 1822. Valdespino Pedro Ximenez sherry is man’s gracious gift to man to be enjoyed on the rocks or neat any time of the day, especially at the end of a meal instead of a sweet.
