SEASON
The Welcome Swallow gained its name as its appearance heralds the start of Spring. The season started with an exceptionally warm spring in Central Otago and was followed by record heat and sunshine hours throughout summer. The early harvest rewarded with excellent ripeness and
quality of fruit.
