Color:  ruby-red with a purple shimmer

Nose: subtly pronounced, fresh, fruity, floral (violet), white pepper

Palate: light to medium bodied, well-balanced, juicy, soft, dry

Best to be drunk: 1-3 years

Suggested food: starters, pasta, pizza, white meats and poultry

Origin: selected vineyard sites in Caldaro and Cortaccia. Altitude: 300 to 400 metres a.s.l. (980 - 1,300 feet) gravelly and with an important content of limestone

 Vinification: Fermentation: maceration in stainless steel tanks Maturation: malolactic fermentation, concrete vessels (approximately 6 months)
