This Brut Rosé dominated by Chardonnay grape shows the elegance of white grape while remaining a true rosé of great finesse. A beautiful freshness that leaves blossoming aromas of cherry and other small red berries.

Grapes: 90% Chardonnay 10% Pinot Noir

Terroir: Chardonnay on limestone soil, Pinot noir clay soil

Winemaking: Fermentation and aging on lees. Partially aged in 228L Barrel, No filtration
