Selection of grapes from our organic vineyards. Cold maceration at a controlled temperature of 5-6ºC for 6 hours. Bleeding off excess juice from the must for fermentation lasting 20 days in tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC
Tasting notes :
Attractive pale yellow with glints of steel. Fine, delicate fruity aromas. Good acidity in the mouth: well-balanced and tasty, reminiscent of white fruit, with a lingering, persistent aftertaste.
