Description
Located between Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, the 95 acres of vineyards benefits from a unique terroir and has been farmed organically since 2016. Grown on a type of soil called “pélites rouges”. It comes from a rock made of fine sediments. Its ruby colour comes from the oxygenation of iron. The name of the location “Terrubi” also comes from this soil.
Complex and rich, the nose opens with floral and fruity notes with spring flowers, red fruits and vine peach. A balanced structure on the palate with this length with mineral nuances. A full, fresh and charming gastronomic rosé.
