Tasting Notes:
Esprit comes from the vineyards at the foot of Mount Sainte-Victoire. It offers more flavour than the pale pink colour predicts: Bright, limey acidity and wild-strawberry notes are underlined by the savour of wet stone and garrigue. Very moreish!
