Crushed rock, boysenberry, coffee crème and faint wisps of roasted meat engage. Airing only lifts the perfume altitude, the concentration remains trapped in the rock like foundation.

Palate Notes: A waxy and polished complexion instantly reveals an undercurrent of terroir driven complexity. Graphite, violets and coffee roasted meats are consistently exposed within the spectrum of flavour. Taut acidity positions the densely concentrated mid palate volume. Cascading layers of savoury character exhibit themselves on the lingering finish. This one is for the cellar.
