Domaine Vincent Careme L’Ancestrale (Chenin Blanc)

This wine was fermented in the bottle only, in the old style. Bone dry, the wine has a wonderful nutty character, shot through with acidity that is now calmed down and forms part of the white-fruit element. Elegant and ripe, it is ready to drink now.
