The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour.
Ignoring fashion and braving the scorn of “wine thought police”, Elephant in the Room was created to give consumers exactly what they want – full bodied and mouth-filling wines that deliver maximum pleasure.
It may be in fashion to pull back on the flavour of some wines, but there’s no way to control the gargantuan taste of this Big Barossan Beauty that is expressed in our new splendiferous Shiraz.
This is a full throttle taste of what the Barossa is famous for, big fruit flavours and ample body weight with a nicely complex palate. Matured in small oak barrels, this is full of velvety attitude and swagger.
Pair with an enormous steak.
