This sake is made from blueberries and sake from Nagano, Japan. Please don’t expect it to taste like artificial blueberries, this has a natural blueberry flavor. It has just the right amount of sweetness and tartness, to bring out the natural taste of the blueberry and the soft, mellow taste of sake.
