Unlike manufacturing processes based on dealcoholisation or fermentation, that of Petit Berêt is based on a natural reduction in the sugar content of the first grape juice, followed by filtration (to remove the marc) and blending to obtain the best aromatic profiles!

Ruby color with pink reflections, the nose reveals aromas of red fruits, cherries and fine touches of undergrowth and sweet spices. The palate is distinguished, fruity with cherry and fine woody flavors giving roundness with fine and delicate tannins.
