ORIGIN Our vineyards are nestled in the Bidente Valley, where a loamy clay soil prevails, particularly conducive to viticulture. The eponymous Dogheria vineyard occupies an ideal position for cultivating Pinot Bianco, benefiting from intense ventilation that fosters significant day-to-night temperature variations crucial for the development of its distinctive sensory profile.

IDENTITY Delightful, mineral-driven, fresh, and intense, this wine exudes exceptional elegance, skillfully expressing the international character of the grape within the Romagna territory. HARVEST Hand-harvested in early to mid-September.
WINEMAKING Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel.
TASTING Boasting an intense straw yellow hue, it offers delicately floral aromas on the nose and palate, reminiscent of jasmine and orange blossoms, intertwined with mineral notes characteristic of the soil and the temperature variations of the region. Clear and balanced, it delivers intense salinity and freshness. The finish is long, elegant, and highly pleasurable.
