The story began in 1957 when 31 wine producers who shared a love for Prosecco, a talent for wine-making and a love for their land joined forces. Today the winery has around 600 cooperative members with over 1000 hectares available, of which 85% are planted in the Glera variety (Prosecco).

Taste:  Dry, intense and persistent with a freshness which leads to a fruity finish.  With a bouquet of gardenia and jasmine, golden delicious apple, lemon and mineral notes.

Food Match:  Perfect with tempura and grilled vegetables, excellent with delicate white meats, risotto dishes and shellfish.
