The wine is made in the same methods, the same care and same precision as Carême's French wines: whole bunch pressing, only natural yeast for fermentation and minimal intervention in the cellar.
Colour Notes: Dark red ruby in colour.
Aroma Notes: On the nose is plum and cherry with earthy notes.
Palate Notes: Smooth palate that has integrated tannins, long finish that is very pleasant
