Vintage

Spring and Summer were cooler and wetter than usual, with the long ripening period allowing flavours to build in intensity while retaining freshness and vibrancy.

Vineyards

The Jerome and Eliza vineyards were chosen for this Rose, to capture the unique character of each site. The structural, driven character of Jerome contrasted perfectly with the vibrant fruit notes and generosity of Eliza, to deliver a wine that is serious and complex.

Varietal

100% Pinot Noir, clones 5, 6, Abel and 113

Winemaking

100% hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. A long, cool fermentation in stainless steel was used to preserve freshness and aromatics.
